Sirius XM stuck on one channel

I guess this is the best place for this.
My car radio is stuck on Ch 93.
It was listening to it, then went into a store.
When I came back out, it comes on, but no sound, and I cannot change the channel. Noe of the buttons work - frozen and quiet.

I can switch to AM/FM and change channels fine, but go back to FM still frozen.

Anyone else ever have this in the car radio?

They should have your account number on your billing info, Had a prob. years ago, they reset the radio. 1-855-838-8561. Hope this helps.

Same, they reset the radio from their end.....fixed it

Drink 3 beers then hit the radio with a hammer. If the radio does not play, drink 3 more beers and sing to yourself.

Absolutely not, wrestling under the influence is dangerous. You might body-slam yourself on the radio, that would hurt.
