What's your definition of big news? In a county of 1.8 million, they had 301 case files of missing kids. During this operation, they managed to locate 123. Of those 123, three identified as possible sex trafficking cases.

Media all over the country picked up the story. Your link is a Michigan operation being reported in a NY newspaper. If you google it, it's all over "top stories". Even People Magazine has it :p

100 missing kids recovered at once seems like a huge story to me.

I’ve got some private messages w reasons why, on Facebook. Some good theories but nothin conclusive
