I am bemused by this idea that black Americans are going to flock en masse to Donald Trump just because a handful of well known black individuals support him.Do the complaints from our conservative brethen here that "celebrities"who support Democrats or liberal causes keep their mouths shut and act, sing, play ball, etc. apply in this situation?

If Trump gets more than 10 % of the black vote in 2020, he should get on his knees and thank the Good Lord.

Give youse an example of voting groups. When Barack Obama was elected in 2008,he got 43% of the white vote.After economic growth that eventually resulted in unemployment rates cut in half and the stock market tripling both of which benefited whites more than blacks, Obama's reward in 2012? 39% of the white vote.Policies count.

Eventually, some black people will go the GOP way.It always a good thing to diversify your portfolio but it won't be for a perceived extremist like Trump.

Put your money where your mouth is.I have a standing wager (it's somewhere in PA , I don't have time to look for it now) where I would donate 100 dollars to a horse rescue fund if Trump got more than 15% of the black vote in 2020.

Now I didn't challenge anybody else to match that if Trump got less than 15%.But I'm willing to make an exception in your case. And only because I really, really like you. ;)

If anything, Trump is helping blacks by trying to limit immigration. Less competition will mean more jobs for everyone that is supposed to be here.
