Are the following riders active?

A couple of track regulars inquired into the whereabouts of Eddie Castro, who last rode September at Parx per Equibase, and Orlando Bocachica, who last rode Feb. 14 at Tampa Bay. I thought perhaps some here would be able to provide an answer. Thanks in advance.

Castro last rode on September 12, 2017 at Parx. Bocachica last rode at Tampa on February 14, 2018.

Bocachica is under an indefinite suspension from Tampa for substance abuse and needs to fulfill the protocol they outlined for him to be reinstated.

I remember back in 2016 he rode in Saudi Arabia, if my memory is serving me correctly. Perhaps he is riding outside of the country. Not too sure.
