Handicapper's Edge issue

When I bring up the HANDICAPPER'S EDGE via brisnet, the left frame or sidebar is blank. This started happening many months ago. I have emailed BRIS tech support and they haven't a clue.

On all other sites that I visit and that have two frames or windows or sidebars, I do not have this issue. Any idea what may cause this on this site.

Not a big deal but aggravates me that I cannot figure it out.

Have you tried using a different browser?

My browser is Netscape 7.1 and I have no trouble seeing the entire page, i.e., left frame displays okay.

I am using IE 6. Is that bad? That could be the problem?
