I was at the gym on Saturday and the fourth race at Pimlico was on and a horse named Williwaw was in the field. The commentator noted he was from Belair and the white with red polka dots showed. Another horse they own is Wildcatpleasures. Does anyone know anything about the people who are operating Belair?
