Thank God I decided to back up my other bets by keying him over the 5,6 in a $5 exacta and $1 tri. Would have had the super as well, but the #15 screwed me.

He is a special horse.

Only one horse in recent times with consecutive triple digit beyers has failed to make it into the super.

That's probably still a pretty strong angle.

Storm Cat curse as well.

Very impressive performance. I was one of the doubters but still bet it given the expected pace scenario. I landed a $15 exacta box.

But it was a 1 turn mile.
That's why I posted it, it supposed to be much faster at the mile.
There were 2 hrs difference tho' and more rain poured by Derby time.

I did exactly the same thing. Only used the 6 in the contest, and by that point it was a lost cause anyway.
