View Full Version : Twinspires logging me out

For the second time this week, twinspires is logging me out automatically. It happens at random time when I select what I want to do or it just does it automatically. I delete all the usual but it seems I must be the only person having this problem because I am always told there have been no complaints about this problem. It does this when I use google chrome, firefox or edge so it is not a browser problem. Has anybody else experienced this? :bang:

you are not alone. i called and got some teenager giving me a story that i have to log in and out more often. of course i have been in my routine with the website for some umpteen years with no problem. i called again and was told i had to delete my cookies. seems they hire professional bull shit artists these days like every other business.

The problem is back again (then again it never went away but just stopped happening as often) and when you call tech support and ask them if they are aware of the problem, they say no and proceed to ask you for every form of identification about your account before they can proceed to give NO ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM.
Once again, the customers of racing get shit on and we are suppose to take it. I am beginning to hope this business goes under because of their HISTORY OF LONG TERM STUPIDITY AND TREATING THE CUSTOMER LIKE GARBAGE. Sadly, I am part of the demographic they should be trying to attract but even I am aware of the past history and getting tired of being shit on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess it is time for me to try DRF for my online wagering. I can only guess as to how they will treat me like garbage. :bang:

The problem still continues with me. I just got off the phone with Twinspres and they still say the problem has been solved if you change the date on your computer or don't log in using a bookmark. After all these years, this is the problem??? I guess the customer is the problem because they use a bookmark to gain access to their website or have their computer set to the wrong date(first time I've heard that used as an excuse for anything when the date and time have been set automatically for years and was never a problem before) ???
I know what the problem is and I've had enough. I am going to try NYRA and the DRF.com to make wagers online. Twinspires.com is a casino company and they live by the philosophy that has led to the decline of horse racing. Treat the horse racing customer like shit! I think it is time for online customers to use companies that only care about racing. I could be wrong but NYRA.com and DRF.com main businesses are with racing. Unlike Twinspires.com which is a company that owns casinos and could care less about the racing customer (just ask people at the Fairgrounds how they feel about Churchill Inc), I would tell anybody that is considering using twinspires as an online wager platform, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Customer service for racing IS NOT A PRIORITY AT TWINSPIRES.COM!


If you know of another racing site to use other than TVG, I would like to hear about your positive experiences. Churchill downs owns twinspires.com and they couldn't even provide good service on Derby day(just read the problems on the message boards from derby day). I think that says enough about how unimportant the racing fan(not the all important casino slots player) is to this (former) racing company and current Casino owner is!!!

Just got off the phone with twinspires and they are not taking doubles on belmonts 9th and 10th today. What is that all about?

After another conversation they finally straightened it out. I should be compensated for correcting their error. I know they didnt have dds for advance wagering yesterday for the 9th and 10th.
