Funny that the Longchamp horse shoe symbol show in the video between 1:40 - 1:43 is upside down.

The Arc was run at Chantilly in 2016-2017,"Paris"has been officially added to the Longchamp name,and the track has plans for an all-weather track,more details:
The iconic Parisian circuit has been closed since the 2015 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe as the course undergoes a dramatic 131million euro redevelopment which has been funded by French racing authority France Galop.

The inauguration of the new ParisLongchamp-closed for two years for reconstruction and upgrades-will take place on Apr. 29
ParisLongchamp will host 34 meetings in 2018, the same as it did in its last year of operation in 2015.

But ParisLongchamp could even have a second course by 2019 as tentative blueprints have been drawn up to install an all-weather circuit - though costing and environmental issues could prove major stumbling blocks.

ParisLongchamp in numbers:

Around 30 meetings a year;
Capacity 50 000 people;
57 hectares, including 17 hectares of turf tracks;
46 different starting points;
5 tracks, 4 of which are concentric:
A large right-handed track of 2,750 metres;
A middle right-handed track of 2,500 metres;
A small right-handed track of 2,150 metres;
A new right-handed track of 1,400 metres;
A straight-line track of 1,000 metres.
