Trump Administration Sues California Over Immigration Laws

It's about time Sessions does something constructive. Long overdue.

And there are multiple lawsuits in play here.

I hope they don't throw the mayor of Oakland in jail for obstruction of justice. She does not look like she could handle the time.

Then she shouldn't have done the crime. :)

All the more reason.
Time to deal harshly with traitors like this bitch.
Might want to give her extra shoelaces, too. ;)

And what about Brown? He swears his great state hasn't done anything wrong! Talk about this scofflaw being in denial! :bang::bang:

It's occurred to me over the years that California is too good for the rest of the country.

For sure it seems WRONG that guys like Sessions and his boss are trying to tell CA how things are supposed to be.

For just this one time, I would support America having a national referendum to kick out one state from our union. Similar to a general company layoff getting rid of the mistake hires that occurred since the last layoff. Let's get rid of our worst mistake. Honest to God, I can't imagine California getting good odds in Vegas for such a thing.

California would die an ignominious death within five years even without the reparations to the USA. They'd have to create their own military, money, embassies, etc, etc, etc. They'd be third world in a heartbeat.

I thought Calif was already a third world, at least that is what it seems like living here. Oh forgot, third world countries don't have the traffic we have.

Let me put this another way. I don't believe that CA residents would move to another state except because of a job, family obligations, or they can't afford to live there.

Brown was big supported of Jim Jones.
Just so you understand what a total moron Brown is.
I'm thinking maybe Jones tested his Kool Aid on Jerry.

Stinky,

Thanks for the response. I lived in CA for the first 21 years and had to return to build a big project in San Diego and lived there from 2010-2013. I will never return to CA again unless my plane stops there.

We are planning on moving as soon as my youngest daughter is out of college.

So, tell me, which is it, Horsey: The Feds don't have immigration laws on the books to enforce, or they do and Kalifornia did not obstruct justice by alerting illegal aliens as to an impending federal raid? Which one of these or are both "lies and BS"?

And, yes, Kalifornia "will fight it and win" until it gets to the Supreme Court. And then the freaks on the 9th Circus will get overturned, which is their usual modus operandi.

Surely leaving the climate in San Diego for Oklahoma had to be tough.

Probably nothing at all compared to the politically foul and polluted air that he left behind in SD. It's always nice to be able to breathe much easier, you know what I mean? :coffee:

Went to Tucson first and built a project than on to OKC to build another one.

Leaving the cesspool of CA was easy but I do miss somethings about it. Julian for the apple pies, short drive to LV, etc. but the cost of living mixed with the smucks that run the state, leaving was easy.

When I returned from Afghanistan in late 2001 I lived in NJ. Now NJ is one of top 3 cesspool states in the country but still there were things I loved about it. Colt's Neck, short drive to the Meadowlands, etc.

Surely NJ seemed a tad better than Afghanistan! :)

Lots I love about NJ too. But there is no doubt about it - there are good stuff and bad stuff just about everywhere.

The latest is that even though 7 out of the last 10 years are the hottest ever, it does not mean it is hotter everywhere. There are higher highs and lower lows ... talking points for the dim (wit) s :lol::lol:

Trump should pressure congress to write a law that would permit the U.S. to secede from any blue state it wants. :coffee:

It already has a communist government. Eventually nature will break it loose and let it drift west, resembling Cuba.
