I believe it's related to EHV quarantine issues.

They have an infected horse at Warren county fairgrounds that used to be Lebanon Raceway. The entire place is on lockdown with no shipping in or out. There are almost 500 horses there so miami valley will be very short for a while and may be forced to shut down like The Meadows.
