View Full Version : If you use Chrome as your browser...and you want WYSIWYG editor....

Then install this extension from the Chrome web store:

It will allow you to switch the user agent the Chrome browser utilizes.

Switch it to "Firefox on Windows," and if you have WYSIWYG set in your PaceAdvantage UserCP (Under Settings & Options|Edit Options - bottom of the page), you will be able to finally post replies using a word processor-type interface instead of having to deal with the BB Code stuff.

I haven't tried it all that long, but it does appear to work so far...it's nice to highlight text, click BOLD and the text actually becomes bold instead of surrounded by BB Code tags.

You can always switch the user-agent back to default if necessary at the click of a button.

Oh, and Firefox itself should also allow a WYSIWYG editor interface here on PA by default...
