I know as horseplayers we are always talking about how the tracks are always gouging us as fans. My home track Tampa Bay Downs is trying something different. I received a letter from them yesterday with a tear-off VIP ticket at the bottom that says.I would like to invite for a day at Tampa Bay Downs. This VIP ticket is good for 1 day at the races between now and Feb 25 excluding Feb 10. Just show the VIP ticket to an attendant at the Grandstand Admission Gate and you and up to 5 of your friends will be our guests. The VIP ticket includes.
1. General Admission
2. Box Seats
3. Racing Program
4. And each person gets a 2.00 Voucher.
