Today is a perfect example why offshore rebate shops will kill this game. While home front cappers put up with an average win payoff of $7.41, and average P-3 of $45.91 for atleast 20% loss on the day, the rebate shops are throwing big celebrations. Their players not only make out on win bets, but with rebates they made huge gains today.

Wrong. The game has been killing itself for years.
Why should one pay more to play with racetracks than with rebate shops? If the racetracks had done the right thing in the first place by not charging exorbitant prices for even the smallest things, there would be no such thing as "rebate shops".

I see absolutely no reason why any sane professional bettor would want to pay 7% to 10% more for their wagers at a racetrack than at a rebate shop....and then get absolutely nothing in return from the racetrack for their business.
