How about the 7-year-old mare, Chella...in the first at Tampa, she won, again, her 25th win in 40 career starts! This time she was in for a tag, she normally races in starter allowance or allowance races. Game racehorse.

It was a Starter Optional Race. #6 Kowboy's Deelight was the only one entered for a tag ($8,000). By far Elliot Sullivan's horse of a lifetime.

Oh, I was wondering about that, I couldn't believe they put her in for a tag, LOL. I have to re-read the conditions.
