today was supposed to be a give away day there and they cancelled after the 3rd leg. does anyone know what they are doing with that today?

IIRC, Ohio rules actually mandate that the pool be refunded.

They are moving everything forward and doing the mandatory payout on the next card (1/2, assuming they are able to run).
