Off-shore accounts

Just did a search here and didn't find an answer to a couple of questions about off-shore betting. Real easy ones.

1) Do they want your SS# ?

2) Do they report your winnings to the G-Man ?

3) Has anyone had problems regarding question 1 or 2 ?

Answered a lot of other ?s I had by reading previous threads.

1. No (don't kid yourself though, if they want it, they can get it, just like I could get your SSN.)

(I've use eHorse in the past, and Pinnacle for the last year. No problems with either.)

Is it true that there is no withholding or 1099 on what would be a signer at the track?
