View Full Version : Problem Downloading Files from Bris

Is anyone other than me having a problem downloading track files from Bris.
I can log in and all the tracks are shown but the daily download icons are just white and when you run the cursor over them you get a small red x.
It's the same for Single files,Multicaps,results and PDF files. I've tried another computer and both Foxfire and Google Chrome.

I emailed Bris early this morning but have not gotten a response.

I called them, something relating to a backup they did last night. but they have been down all day.

Just got this email from Bris.

Dear customer,

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are having an issue with our billing provider and none of our products are available. We are currently working on resolving this issue. We appreciate your patience. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
