What were all the old names?

Trying to enhance my Graded Stakes db with the old names.

What were all the old names?

Trying to enhance my Graded Stakes db with the old names.

Everything should be tied together in the Equibase database, so you can enter either the old name or the new name and see the history of the stakes and the years it was run under various names.

Just go to equibase.com and click on the dropdown menu (default is horse) in search box on the horizontal navigation menu at the top, then find Gr. Stakes and you can get all the info you want.

To test this I entered Norfolk and got the Frontrunner with the history going back to 1976.

That is what I was going to do - I like to get all the past races together and put then into my db for various reasons. That makes it easier.
