Ok. My plan for today is a pretty simple one. We are going to code name it "Value Exactas". Here is how it is going to work, me and my magic 8 ball are going to pick one value runner per race who I believe has a legitimate shot of winning the race. Then we are going to cast out a net of between 1-3 selections to finish behind our key horse in hopes that we catch ourselves an exacta fish.
