The form is being turned upside down. Good luck. I'm on it.

with the amounts paid for exotics, carrovers on a regular basis,a low percentage of winning favs, why would you even think that Saratoga has better racing....unless your a chalk eating weasel:D

Seems like the pick six pools are on the up and up at Del Mar, after a few seasons of every pick six being hit from Lewiston, Maine.
Kudos to Del Mar for putting a stop to this.
I know, we can't prove it, but most of us here in So. Cal. believe this is what actually happened.
Many believed money was being laundered via these off shore books.
It is really great to see the integrity back in the pools.

How about the integrity of the pick 4 pools?
Do people feel they are being "bought" with large tickets or are pretty much on the up and up?

Niko,
I haven't been to Del Mar this meet, but my friends who are down there seem to think these pools are okay for the most part....last year they were very upset.....every large exotic pool was getting hit.
There were rarely carryovers......at least the big pick six that was hit a couple of weeks ago was hit AT DEL MAR, but regular big players.
I have no problem at all with the big players hitting with big tickets.....they deserve to win.......it's the one winning ticket from Lewiston or So. Dakota that we don't like.
Our regular players put this money back into the pools.......we question the integrity of the off shore money.........to the extent that even the "whales" putting big bucks in.....may very well be getting "fleeced" as well......IF there is indeed cheating....it is all speculation.

Like to hear the local, knowledgable feedback,
I agree with not having a problem with the big bettors winning, it's one of their edges.
Thanks

Anyone know a website that calculates pick-6 prices? For instance, I can figure that 2X2X2X2X2X2 = $128; but say I want to spend say around $500-$1000 dollars on a pick-6 ticket, how many horses can I use in each leg of the pick-6?
