1)why does "who bets" free PP's do not offer all races on a card?
2) and why is the weather conditions come from Beaver falls, Pa for Mountaineer race track?? when east liverpool, ohio is right across the river and weirton is 20 mins away???

1) Some owners, trainers, and breeders offer free past performances for races when they have a horse entered. Who bets merely aggregates this information so you don't have to go all over the internet searching it out.

Without Who Bets service you would have to go to each individual website for each participant that you know offers free PPs to see what is available.
