Irish-

What do the numbers mean? Is this how the favorites have performed?

looks like a solid last week. Do you like Vespers at all today? I haven't even looked at the pps yet but it seems like she's had rough trip after rough trip since the spring of 2003.

I came up with (6) Honorable Cat, (1) Personal Legend,(9) Something Ventured .

But I would allways consider a Shug horse . I Have the utmost
respect for Mr Mcgaughey.

Dennis-

I didn't even catch that on the 3. There was a filly who ran in the last race at Sar on Monday who was in foal. I know she was off the board. Don't see it announced very often.

thanks for response V
(sorry for messing thread ILad)
The 3 ran 5th ony missing by 2 or so lengths at 13-1 so I guess she wanted it
Got to think it was accidental "foaling" or else they would insure her well being rather than x$ purse
Would imagine if something happened- no foal insurance
I think the nyra is the only jurisdiction that lets the public know and only just recently I believe

Some other Saratoga numbers:

Morning Line: Wins 28/93 (30.1%). -$22.70 ROI (-12.2%)

Favorite: 42/113 (37.2%) +1.10 ROI (0.5%)

Can you believe a profit for betting favorites?

I would post my own picks but because I don't wager favorites, I'm not doing so well.
