A while back I called, if I remember correctly, Brisnet and
they told me there is no way you can handicap foreign
horses with no U.S. record except for the Timeform ratings
in the racing form. Is this really true? The only way that
I know of is know of is if the trainer is very good with
foreign horses like Neil Drysdale and what country the
horse came from like England and France are particularly
good.
