this is just another in a long line of disgraces for that place and horse racing in general.

after 40 years at this, today is my last day of all day horse race gambling for at least 6 months if not longer. it took the game 40 years to knock me out, but they finally succeeded. i no longer own horses and i no longer will bet horses. the way the game has been going, its probably what they want to do, get rid of its customers. they have done a fine job at it i must say. i could be more bitter about it, but i am not. there have been some great moments along the way that i will always remember and cherish.

Where does horse racing buy all of its equipment, Crap R Us?
This game is so amatuer in every repsect - it is really an embarrassment to call itself an "industry." Pick up football games have better technology.

Amazing. They had a working photo finish system at the 1932 Olympics, a reliable strip camera at Del Mar in 1938, and the modern 2 way mirrored image photo at several tracks in 1941. It's inexcusable that any track would screw up this 75 year old technology.
