'Irap" appears to be a pretty decent three year old.

"Girvin" wins the Haskell (second to Irap in the Ohio Derby).
"Colonelsdarktemper" wins the West Virginia Derby (second to Irap in the Indiana Derby)

Definite key race and I keep betting horses from the Iowa Derby which is a negative key race. Hence got smoked in the Haskell-think dead last, Impressive Edge, Mccormick lost next out in WV. Petrov came back to win@7 furlongs @Saratoga

Plus, he's still improving. Maybe he'll be this crop's Gun Runner.

Hard to tell if he's going to change leads from now on, or if the good momentum entering the stretch in the Indiana Derby contributed to his fluid lead change.

I can't remember where I read it but Jon Court while talking about Colonelsdarktemper basically insinuated that Irap is a monster

He has strung together some wins.
Unlike the "cream of the crop" who have sturn together failures.
