Will a special counsel be assigned for the Lynch, Comey, Clintons investigation lies? A house committee with 20 member signatures was sent to the DOJ requesting this.

no doubt that will happen. throw Debbie blabbermouth in that list too. that being said, has any indictments ever came from a special investigator/prosecutor?
