Two different things. The Obama administration took legal action against reporters possibly engaged in leaking or accepting leaked information. Trump attacks journalists for doing their job; calling them purveyors of fake news; holding untelevised press briefings; punishing reporters for stories the administration doesn't like. Obama did none of those things.

What Obama did in the legal field, has nothing to do with the intimidation that Trump and his minions practice.
