One dead. Several severely injured.

The 2014 movie Parker was partly filmed at the Ohio State Fair. I'm pretty certain that the ride at the very beginning of this trailer was the one that failed.

Pretty rough. They were welding on the ride to he morning of.....

Terrible tragedy, I am amazed things like that accident aren't more common considering circumstances. Rides that are carted all over the country while being assembled and reassembled numerous times at different locations have magnified chances for failures rides fixed in place do not have.
