I haven't been able to access any DRF PP's, Formulator or Classic for almost a day now, is anyone else having this issue too? Already did the whole cache clearing thing & tried multiple browsers, feel like I'm getting conflicting messages from customer service about if this is a system wide issue or not.

I think you may need to update flash player. I had to do it yesterday.

Logged into BRIS this morning looking for entries and results. Came up with 'no products were found' message. Has racing finally died?

Now I'm having problems, too. Formulator won't open. Keep getting a continue message, which goes nowhere.

I called them and they are working on it.

Any word on a fix from people who have been in contact? Haven't gotten any response from their customer service in over a day, and now it's not just PP access but pretty much any acct info is not filtering through as I can't read pro articles now & other things associated with my account. Getting quite frustrated as this has been about 2 full days of no availability now.

Is this more than a coincidence that these sort of issues are being experienced right after the company is sold??

I just went there and downloaded PP, Chart, Formulator, Moss file and went to DRF live. All went well.

May I ask what browser/operating system you're on? I'm trying all sorts of things & am just getting errors every single time, don't know what I've done to be so lucky.

Tech issue was resolved on DRF end, thanks Classhandicapper for helping get to the bottom of the issue!
