Must be ok because he is riding in the 6th.

He is not riding. He was taken to the hospital. Last I heard a horse stepped on his leg. Seriousness of the injury has not been reported yet.

They mentioned a tibia issue which would most likely mean a break.

However if you asked a SoCal jockey to pick a spot to have to miss 4-6 weeks in SoCal he would probably pick this 4-6 next weeks.
