"Obama signed a 2010 law, the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), to compel foreign banks to help deter U.S. taxpayers from hiding income offshore."

How is it that the Obama admin could force foreign banks to obey US law and rat out Americans who had assets in foreign bank accounts, but Deutsche Bank will not disclose loans they gave to Trump relating to his business dealings with Russia?

Something tells me that Trump's dealings are more significant than the person who has $1,000,000 in a Swiss account.

Amazing how incompetent the current democrats in office are. Amazing how much smarter trump is compared to them. But then again that's why he is president.

i think people are now hiding their assets with Bitcoin. i don't see how anyone but the person that owns the Bitcoin can get their hands on them to attach them or confiscate them.

of course whether this or any other crypto currency will be here 10 years from now is another question to be answered at a later date.

if Bitcoin is real it will put a strain on the patriot act and legal systems all over the world.
