Yes he does accomplish stuff, but the MSM prefers to ignore it and focus only on Senate Hearings with a view to painting him black.
He doesn't help matters with giving them Tweets that they focus on rather than what his Administration is accomplishing.
He is definitely not a micro-manager, except for keeping an eye on Sean Spicer's press conferences..
If he was he would be sweating over the Health Care bill.
Instead, he expects his teams to put out exceptional products without him supervising their every move.
