Race One:
:3: Freudian Flip narrowly missed as a longshot against similar company. Javier Castellano in the irons is a plus, as are the training skills of Mike Maker. This Freud-bred 2 year-old may well have the controlling speed. Anything resembling this gelding’s last race and he should, once again, be there. :6: What a Catch was a highly-priced yearling who is making his debut for a top-notch outfit. You can add to the mix the riding skills of Johnny V. and the training abilities of Todd Pletcher. That combination won the opener, yesterday. Lemon Drop Kid first-timers generally impress me so I’m giving :7: Mentality a close look. A fter that, I might consider :2: Barbarossa and :9: Mr. Pete. I’ll be back if I see anything on the track. Good Luck!
