Me too. At first I thought it was odd that they replaced an ageing Sean Connery with someone older but Roger Moore hung in there real good. After Moore was replaced I think the Bond series went downhill fast.

I always thought he was a bit of a lightweight 007, he was a little too comfortable in his tuxedo.Connery 's a tough act to follow but he did help keep the Bond franchise alive after the George Lazenby experiment failed.

RIP Sir Roger.:rip:

Easily the worst Bond ever. He reminded me of Grandpa Bond. Regardless ,RIP Mr. Moore I'm sure you were a saint.

He may have not been the greatest Bond, but the movies starring him were the most fun in the series. Daniel Craig is the best Bond for these days. He plays him as more of a dark character.

I have grown to like all the James Bonds and have my favorite movies from each actor. For Roger Moore, my favorites are "The Spy Who Loved Me" and "For Your Eyes Only"
