IMO...the lesson to be learned here is that we should never get too "boastful" when playing this game. The game has a way of punishing those who pound on their chests and declare themselves to be "among the best in the game".

i dont know him,and i agree he was a little volatile but his notes were another consideration for me when handicapping.I didnt know he was even banned and thought he just left.

Sure they were. He photoshopped winners and never said a word about the huge stack of losers. If you bet $10,000 and win $8,000 that makes you a losing player.

But chatting on an online forum is different...and negative opinions can be formed about people, which can last for a long time. We can't express complete thoughts when we chat in short paragraphs...and misunderstandings can easily occur.

At one time or another...I found MYSELF in many heated debates here, which eventually led to heated arguments. And I formed negative opinions about people here as a result. But time passed, and I got to know people better...and some of those whom I considered "enemies" I now count as "online friends". Dahoss9698...DeltaLover...PA-Mike...ReplayRandall...I regularly fought with ALL those guys...and I now have great respect for them all.

I think we all saw the kind of handicapper EMD was when he was actually held to the same standards as those he was criticizing.

To be frank...lots of big talk and not so good results. Say what you want about me but I've ALWAYS been able to back up my talk with results with picks before races and not screenshots after the fact.
