i hope no lefty gets their hands on the book it might be used against me!?!
how did things go so wrong in this country. is their some kind of acid kool aid juice i'm missing?

Ignored in all this silliness (but underscoring the idiocy of it further) is the fact that the highest-earning group in the US is not what are traditionally called "white" folk at all, but rather, Indian-Americans:

A hand sign can mean more than one thing depending on the intended audience. In this case, the intended audience was the other white supremacists who were going to see the picture.

There was no reason for either of them to flash an OK sign. It was a photo op. No one asked them if everything was ok or if they approved or disapproved of anything.

Definitely the white supremacist sign in this case.

Guess it worked. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

We know Obama was not flashing a white supremacy hand sign. I don't think he was flashing an OK sign either. Holding the thumb and index finger or fore finger together is a technique for enhancing concentration or focus.

Moving one finger after another on to the thumb is also a way of counting off a series.

Context is very important. Obama was making a speech. He may have made the gesture to say he agreed with something or something was OK with him. He may have used it as a device to focus or as a way to enumerate several things. He certainly did not use it as a white power gesture.

Fairbanks and Cerevich however, were not speaking, they were not being spoken to. Anyone who thinks the gesture they made-in addition to other meanings-is not a means for white supremacists to communicate with each other, is a fool.

What better way than to use something that means one thing to everyone else, but we know what we really mean.

He was speaking to a bunch of Brazillians. It has the same meaning as the 'finger' in their country.

Do you attend these white supremacist events to gather this knowledge? If so, how many?

Mostie, you need to get your facts straight. The white power sign involves two hands, not one. The OK sign has been debunked as a sign of white power. Fake news.

Do your homework, please. Emma Roller is going to be sued by those two, as is The Independent for their slanderous comments. She is Puerto Rican and he is married to a Persian woman with a mixed baby. The ADL has come out and said this is not a white power sign. Emma Roller is a radical left wing nutcase.
