Finally, a coherent press conference without acrimony or belligerence (either side). I thought Mattis and the CenCom Commander laid everything out in unmistakable terms, and the press corps was more or less civil.
I don't trust too much about this administration, and I'm not a militarist, bur I hope the DOD is the tail wagging the dog here.
