I wish I included your best bet of the day in race 5. The payoffs in the pick 4 all look huge. I had the winners in races 6 and 7.

yes surprisingly nice payouts 7 will be over 1000.00 for .50 cent ticket

Did you go three deep with your picks in race 8? I hope you hit it. Great pick 4 payoff considering no huge longshots were involved.

cant tell no lie,i only play pick 4"s at the major tracks with the huge pools,mahoning valley generally does not pay well.

MVR pools are generally pretty good on Mondays and Tuesdays when there's little competition. In addition, today there was a $1,600 carryover after no one hit last Saturday's pick 4. The pick 4 pool was $26,500 today, far more than usual. There must have been a ton of tickets that singled favorites in races 6 and 7 for the payoff to be so high. The sequence starts with a 2-1 favorite and ends with a 9-2. The others were 6-1 and 5-1, horses that were quite logical.
