Does anyone know if Santa Anita, Hollywood Park or Del Mar sells
DVD CD's of the race replays?
How about regular video tapes? They used to sell them, don't know if they still do.
Does anyone use them in other areas?

There also was a nightly local TV show with the day's races so you could tape them -- is that still on?

You oughta check out their web sites. For instance, I think Delmar has d'loadable replays from their site (although you would need a high speed internet connection for this to be practical.) .

The races in SoCal are shown nightly on cable TV. Occationally they cut the early part of a couple of races if time is short, but usually you see the whole race, including the call.

That DVD idea could make a lot of money. You could get all the races from one day (or week) on one disk; normal shot and head-on. Best of all, you don't have to make a disk until you get an order. Way too sensible for the tracks to try, but it could happen if they smell the money.
