What are the rules for late scratch horses at GP. There is still no news what Pletcher is going to do with Nonna Bella and Battalion Runner.?

I would like to make an early wager but I don't want get screwed with getting post time favorites.

Pardon my ignorance, but does any track not give you the favorite when there is a scratch in i pk4 sequence?
