At what track does anybody trust the jocks, much less the "action" taking place?

At least Delta has good sized fields, and they'll pay.

If you go in knowing it is fixed, I/you can deal with it.

Otherwise, this time of year, you'll need to grind out 9/5 winners at Aqueduct or trying to win at Gulfstream (which I don't believe is remotely possible).
