As a side note, I figured I'd post here since it deals with The Meadows

Last week, Race 1, Tricky Nick and Cantab Lindy went 1-2 in a NW11000L5 Trot. The 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 were directly in line with the PREFERRED Trot on the card that day. The final time though, was much faster. This shows that this was not a "suckalong", both were fit, and both could handle a bump in class.

Today, they both bump up to race in the PREFERRED Trot, and Finish 1-2 once again, this time at 18-1 and 6-1 respectively!

This is a prime example that homework can lead to nice payday. $299 Exacta.

Race 11

Bar Wine closed hard last out to win against many of these, however, that was after a wicked pace and very slow 1/2, 3/4 and final splits.

Watch out for Swans Mistress, Stars and Glides....

Southwind Warsaw was the pace-setter in that race, and I kicked :bang:

Swans Mistress finished 2nd at 10-1, and Stars and Glides broke at start

I am alive through three legs but got the worst possible horse for my "ALL" in in 5/2 second choice. I thought the favorite was beatable but I did not like this horse at all. That might be the first time in weeks the horse actually passed a horse in the final quarter.

I am alive to :2:/:5:-:9: which will be a pretty chalky sequence. I was hoping to catch a price in one of my "ALL" tickets. No dice. I still think the ticket will pay $300+ if it connects.

Race 12

I want to take a look at Zero The Hero

2 Putnams Legacy was in a very fast race last out, which went 1:23.4 to 3/4 pole. Was in back, and was sucked along, however, that is much faster than this field.

One to take a look at if you wish, is 1 Zero The Hero. Parked 1/4 in 27.1 last out. Pocket trip resulted in a good finish, however, mid half was not the fastest. If clear today, may be able to wire, however, Putnams Legacy might be too much!

No dice. Picked the wrong race to spread!
