Buffalo Raceway Picks For Wednesday, 3-8

Buffalo 3-8


Race 1- 4 Susie's Delight- Cleared lead in a VERY Slow opening 1/4, but can't knock her, as both last out and 2 back, she had one of the fastest last 1/2's at the track each night. Both while racing towards the front end. She is absolutely fit!


Race 2- 1 Quicksilvercandy A- Draws rail tonight while returning at the same class. She had the fastest first 1/4 last out on a slow track. Nobody here can compete with that, which will allow for a throttle down in the 2nd 1/4.


Race 3- 2 Tymal Luckynpink- Big move 2 back out of the same race as Quicksilvercandy A. One of the best last 1/2 that night and was boxed in as favorite in last. Should pop here.

Just another observation

Check out March 1st

R2- Already touched on Susie's Delight, who scratched tonight. The horse that went first over into those fast fractions, but couldn't clear (Voltina) drew the rail tonight and won at 4-1.

Also out of that hot late pace race was Squeeze This, who was stuck 3rd on the rail in that race, 1 length behind Susie's Delight, but finished very evenly. Tonight, he dropped in class and won at a VERY rewarding 18-1!!!


Race 3- Bettors Night went 1st over from 4th, cleared, and won by 2 in the fastest (tied with NW5000) last 1/2 of the night. Moves up in class tonight and finished 2nd at 8-1 against the dropper previously mentioned Squeeze This. This resulted in a $204 Exacta.

Also previously mentioned Quicksilver Candy A went off at 1-9 and finished 3rd.


Race 8- Springhouse Star finished neck and neck with Shakina Hanover last out after setting one of the fastest opening 1/2's of the night. They returned at the same class, and tonight finished 2-3, with Springhouse Star going off at a gracious 27-1 and Shakina Hanover at 1-1. They both lost to class dropper Val's Jet, who also came out of the Bettors Night race, but had post 8 and was never asked.


Those were just a few diamond in the rough's!
