This track is all speed in dirt routes. Sunday looked fair as horses were able to gain ground in sprints. Looks like a typical SoCal track to me so far.

Dm was faster than normal, but stretch was a little slower with definite mnor negative rail bias; that is why a few were won the last furlong. Last year it slowed way down after the 1st week.
