Not unless he had a 4 quarter bet. Most bets now are for the entire game(overtimes and all ).

That sucks but on the other hand someone making that large a bet probably can afford the loss.

I reread the bet conditions ,look like he took the points (as opposed to the money line ,in which case he would have pushed) .With the points and a 4 quarter bet he would have won. Looks like he lost though since most modern day bets are on the total game score when finished.

Wasn't the spread 3? I thought it was just a straight bet on the Falcons at +3 which would be a push.

Every bet I made on an NFL or NBA game the final score is what counts, not end of regulation.
