Gulfstream has a Rainbow six guarantee of $750,000 Saturday. I assumed that they meant that there would be a mandatory payout, but I do not see the words mandatory payout on their web site. So now I assume that there is no mandatory payout. So does this just mean that they will guarantee that if only 1 ticket hits six winner they will collect $750,000, otherwise it is just a typical high takeout rainbow pick six.

It is not a mandatory payout. The carryover is $477k, so they are guaranteeing that IF you are the single winner of the Rainbow you will win at least $750k. Otherwise it is business as usual.

Unless races are taken off the turf.
Then it's business as usual.

I don't think that the rainbow has ever been hit on a weekend so it's a pretty safe bet for GP.
