Obama's unsigned, unratified nuclear "treaty" with Iran put limits on the amount of heavy water Iran can build up as it escalates its "nuclear power plant" program.
Last year, after Iran had stockpiled heavy water far in excess of limits, Obama cracked down by purchasing the excess from Iran for $8.6 million.
After another massive build-up this year, Obama again came down hard, approving a sale of Iran's heavy water to Russia in exchange for millions of dollars and the transfer of 130 tons of uranium from Russia to Iran. This is enough to produce the weapons grade uranium to build 10 basic nuclear weapons.
