A Google search says you're probably infected with some kind of Malware , try running a scan

It could have come bundled with something you downloaded. Run system restore back to a date before it happened. Also run MSCONFIG and see if anything suspicious is checked on startup. That is of course a scan does not fix things as previously mentioned.
