what's amazing is they are trying to determine if the guy will be charged or not. If they charge that guy I'd bet every law enforcement officer there walks out.

The article I read said the officer was down getting the crap beat out of him - and yelling 'SHOOT HIM, SHOOT HIM'

I am not sure 3 shots was necessary to stop him, but who knows, the perp may have been as high as a kite.
